微软在 Build 2026 上宣布 Project Polaris 自研 AI 编程模型，将于 2026 年 8 月取代 GPT-4 Turbo 成为 GitHub Copilot 的默认推理引擎。同时开源了 Windows Agent Framework，标志着 Windows 正式成为 Agent 平台，微软不再满足于做第三方 AI 模型的分发渠道。
